  • 16 ounces pipe rigate pasta
  • 2 ½ cups whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded beef brisket
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the pipe rigate pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  2. In the same pot, combine whole milk, heavy cream, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Gradually stir in both cheeses until melted and creamy.
