- 16 ounces pipe rigate pasta
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded beef brisket
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
