  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies (unwrapped)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add mini vegan marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat, mix in Rice Krispie cereal thoroughly.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle salted peanuts evenly over the mixture.
  7. In another saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth.
  8. Pour melted caramel over peanuts and spread evenly.
  9. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth and pour over caramel layer.
  10. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
