Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ cup crunchy red tortilla strips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese blend (cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning along with ½ cup of water. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable. Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center of each tortilla and layer with seasoned rice, cooked beef, crunchy tortilla strips, and shredded cheese.
  3. Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll tightly from one end to form burritos.
  4. For a crispy exterior, heat the assembled burritos in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side before serving.
