  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (12 oz) package Hawaiian rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until fluffy.
  4. Cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Cut Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them and place the bottoms in a greased baking dish.
