  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture across the center of each one. Top with fresh spinach leaves.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll from the bottom up to encase the filling.
