  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the prepared sauce over it.
  4. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours until the chicken is tender.
