  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and milk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  5. Fill a piping bag or ziplock bag with batter and pipe into donut cavities.
  6. Bake for 15-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Brush warm donuts with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
