  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and shredded Brussels sprouts; season with salt and pepper. Sauté until tender and caramelized.
