  • 4 ounces turkey strips
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for boiling water)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup extra Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced turkey strips until crispy. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and whole milk; mix in grated Parmesan cheese along with black pepper and salt. Allow to simmer gently.
  4. Drain the cooked ravioli (do not rinse) and toss them into the skillet with the sauce, folding gently to coat.
