  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  5. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and toss in flour. Place on top of the soup without submerging them.
  6. Cover and simmer on low for about 15 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
