  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup concentrated orange juice
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • Zest from one orange (optional)
  • Orange extract
