  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter (cut into small cubes)
  • ¼ cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice the peaches and mix them in a bowl with ¾ cup sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon. Let sit for 10 minutes.
