  • 1 head roasted garlic (1215 cloves)
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream (to preference)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
