  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Thaw the puff pastry and cut it into two rectangles.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over one rectangle and place the other on top; press gently to seal.
  5. Cut into six strips and twist each strip into swirls.
  6. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden brown.
