  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes). Mix in melted butter and egg. Gradually add flour and salt; knead until smooth.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, chopped strawberries, and strawberry jam until smooth.
  3. Roll It Up: Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread cheesecake filling evenly, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
