  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 8 oz boneless chicken or tofu

Instructions

  1. Cook the flat rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
