  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar total
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs total
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to pie crust package instructions. Prepare your pie crust in a dish and poke holes in the bottom.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, 1 egg, and water until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, orange peel, salt, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining eggs; mix well.
  3. Pour filling into the prepared crust and bake until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
